From her studio in Madrid, Hernández, gives free rein to her imagination. In ceramics she found the perfect medium to unveil her talents as a painter, sculptor and enamelist and create a personal universe filled with unique everyday objects. Particularly inspired by nature and ancient civilisations, she draws inspiration from old art books and translates them in clay. Nothing is left to chance, her works are a result of a detailed study of shapes, colours and dimensions leaving no two pieces are alike.
