All orders placed before 13H CET+1 will be handled and shipped the same day. Week-ends and bank holidays we are closed. We also reserves the right to ship any order with a maximum 1 day delay especially during busier sales periods or launches.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
For all orders st. vincents ships worldwide with DHL. Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage based on the estimated size and weight of the items purchased.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
DELIVERY DUTY PAID: within the EU goods shall be shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID: If you live outside of the European Community, shipments are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.Orders shipped outside of the European Community are exempt from Belgian VAT.

COLLECT IN STORE
1If delivery method chosen is Collect In Store, please await a confirmation email from our Web Team before collecting your order. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
2To collect your item you will need to produce your order confirmation email upon collecting the order from the st. vincents store at Kleine Markt 13, Antwerp.
3If another person is collecting on your behalf they will need to show your order confirmation email at point of collection.
4If an order is collected by a courier st. vincents cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the item in transit. Please notify email@example.com if you plan to arrange a courier.
5Collect In Store orders will be held at st. vincents for a maximum of 2 months from point of confirmation.
6Our returns policy on Collect In Store orders begins from the day you receive your confirmation email.
From time to time st. vincents may offer free shipping. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
