In stock items will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted by customer service. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified. Production and lead times begin with receipt of payment and order details. Goods will ship when the invoice is paid in full.
All orders placed online require payment in full.
Typical lead time for made to order pieces varies between 8 to 16 weeks. Please ask your sales representative for lead times for specific items.
St. Vincents is not responsible for any delays in production, shipment or customs.
Upholstered items and carpets are produced in different dye cycles, which means the same sofa in the same upholstery can be visually different. Materials such as wood or concrete may have natural inconsistencies in grain or pattern. st. vincents is not responsible for textile and natural variations.
Furniture items ordered through the website are delivered curbside. If you require alternative forms of delivery please contact your sales representative to discuss options and pricing.
Please let us know if you require white glove service, which includes the removal of packaging and assembly. We also offer a more affordable service which includes delivery of furniture to the desired location inside the home/office, but no removal of packaging or assembly. When custom furniture arrives at the Mjölk showroom, the customer has a responsibility to arrange delivery of the item within 14 days of arrival. A 5% holding fee will be applied for items not picked up after 14 days and for every week thereafter until the item is picked up. St. Vincents is not responsible for any damages that occur after the initial 14 days. Holding fees must be collected before scheduling delivery.
When you order several items, some may be available sooner than others. You can call to arrange pick up or delivery of partial orders, but additional delivery fees will apply.
When picking up a product from our store, our team will be happy to help you load the product into your vehicle. You are responsible for securing it for safe delivery to your home. If choosing to pick up, please remember you will be responsible for assembly of all product.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and then an additional email when your item ships. Small goods will have tracking information included in the shipment confirmation email, and are usually kept in inventory and will ship within 48 hours of ordering.
Larger items will ship by freight and will have appointment delivery included in shipping rate. Some larger items are made to order and may require several weeks for production before shipping.
Production time estimate will be indicated in the item description.
Shipping transit times are variable and dependent upon destination. Order cancellation is not possible once the package has been shipped.
For International Deliveries: Shipping insurance fees are included in shipping charge. All customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser
Curbside delivery means that your item will be delivered to the curb of the shipping address you have provided. The item will be packaged and the delivery person(s) will not be required to assist you with unpackaging or disposal of packaging materials.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
White Glove means your goods are delivered to your address, unpackaged, and then taken to the place you designate at the address. If the assembly is required for the item you ordered, the delivery persons will do that assembly onsite. Packaging debris will be removed and disposed of by the delivery team. Please note that White Glove delivery usually requires a longer transit time, so plan accordingly.
